"Not really worth the price"
Uh, I was disappointed with this hoodie. After just one wash it started feeling kind of cheap, the stitching came loose, and the print already looked faded. I expected better for what I paid.

I was disappointed with this. For what I paid, I expected a lot more, and it just didn’t feel worth the money at all. I’d really hope the company offers some kind of refund or compensation because this was not a good value.

The refund did come through in the end, but it felt slow to me. Maybe I was just being impatient, but I kept checking and wondering if something was going on with the return

"Messy site that didn’t feel easy to use"
I tried browsing the site, but it felt dated and cluttered. The colors and fonts didn’t really work well together, and it made shopping more annoying than it needed to be. Not saying it’s a scam, but the overall look just didn’t give me a clean or trustworthy shopping experience

"Pretty okay overall, but delivery lagged a little"
Ordering was easy enough, honestly... the site was simple to use. The only thing was, yeah, the updates came a bit late, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on with the delivery for a while

"Sizing was really inconsistent"
I ordered my usual size, but the fit was completely off, way too small, kind of boxy, and the sleeves felt awkward. The site made it sound like the sizing would be reliable, but that was vague and definitely not my experience. Returning it was also more of a hassle than it should’ve been, so I probably won’t order from here again.

"Delivery took a little longer than I hoped"
My order did arrive, but it took a bit longer than I was expecting. I was kind of counting on getting it sooner, so the wait was a little frustrating, but overall it wasn’t a huge issue

"Really poor customer service"
I ordered from Goose & Gander and ran into a problem with my delivery, so I contacted customer service expecting at least a basic level of help. It took days for them to reply, and when they finally did, the response was so vague it felt like they hadn’t even bothered to properly look into it.
I ended up having to chase them multiple times just to get any kind of update, which isn’t right when someone has already paid for an order. It really felt like once they had my money, my issue didn’t matter anymore. I don’t think that’s a fair way to treat customers, and I won’t be ordering from them again
